Website, booking, and early access terms.

These terms apply to your use of the Afiat website, waitlist, accounts, booking flows, and reminder workflows. They are intentionally lightweight while Afiat is in early access. Last updated: 26 June 2026.

Early Access Website

  • Afiat is currently presented as an early access product for studios and wellness businesses in Brunei.
  • Information on this website may change as the product, pricing, and availability are prepared.
  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by a specific date or guarantee any future pricing, feature, or plan.
  • Some booking, payment, reminder, and messaging features may be limited, unavailable, or changed before launch.

Illustrative Content

  • Screenshots, mockups, sample names, sample prices, booking examples, and dashboard numbers are illustrative only.
  • They do not represent actual customers, actual revenue, or guaranteed business results.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit information that is false, harmful, unlawful, or not yours to provide.
  • Do not attempt to access systems, data, or areas of the service that are not publicly available.
  • Do not submit medical, prescription, telemedicine, payment card, financial account, identity document, or other highly sensitive information through booking notes, service descriptions, or messages.
  • Businesses are responsible for ensuring their services, customer communications, and booking content comply with applicable laws and third-party service rules.

Third-Party Services

  • Afiat may describe workflows involving opt-in WhatsApp reminders and booking-related messages.
  • Afiat is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
  • WhatsApp, Meta, payment providers, phone verification providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, and other third-party services may have their own terms and requirements.
  • Reminder delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on customer opt-in, approved templates, network availability, provider policies, and account status.

Reminder Consent

  • Customers should only receive WhatsApp booking reminders, confirmations, schedule changes, cancellations, or service updates when they have clearly opted in or where messages are otherwise permitted.
  • Customers may opt out of reminder communications through available opt-out instructions or by contacting the studio or Afiat.
  • Businesses must not use Afiat reminder workflows to spam, mislead, surprise, or contact people who have not provided permission.

No Warranty

  • The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
  • We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation Of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Afiat and Radiant Lab Enterprise are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
